Are your staff comfortable having my pet loose in the house while they are cleaning?
We enjoy pets and children; however, it is easier and quicker for us to work without having to work around them. If it is at all possible, please give us the time we need to perform our tasks without getting in each other’s way.
Do you offer carpet cleaning or any extra services?
Yes. We offer people and environmentally-friendly carpet cleaning and UV mattress sanitization for an extra fee.
Does your cleaning staff wash, dry and fold laundry?
Yes. Washing, drying and folding laundry can be performed at an extra fee.
Do you wash the inside of windows, clean oven and refrigerator?
Yes. We can clean these extras our ‘spring’ or anytime house cleaning duties. All inside windows and sills are washed during a ‘first-time’ cleaning and font/back door windows and window above a kitchen sink are cleaned everytime.
How many cleaning people will come to clean my home per visit?
If you home takes 4 hours or less to clean, than one person will typically clean your home. If you home takes 4.5-8 hours to clean, than two people will typically clean your home.
Do you offer move-in/out house cleanings? If so what duties do you perform?
Yes we offer move-in/out cleanings. We will high-low dust, wash front and inside cupboards, fridge and oven (if necessary); thoroughly clean living areas top to bottom, wash all inside windows, sills and baseboards and vacuum and wash floors to a shine.
Does your cleaning staff wash walls or grout between tiles?
Yes, these are options that Green Sweep staff will perform at an extra fee.
What areas does your cleaning company service?
We service Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and all areas within a half an hour radius of our service areas.
